Custom Order Deposit

Deposits for cutom orders are $20 flat rate per piece. The final cost of a custom order will depend on size, materials used and level of detail. Remaining payment for a custom order will be due prior to shipping the final piece.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This deposit is non-refundable. I do not accept returns on custom orders, but please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or conerns you might have.

The time it will take to complete a custom order depends on current workload, size of the piece and level of detail. Please expect longer wait times during the holidays. Please reach out to me with the details on your custom order and I can give you a better idea of shipping at that time. Free shipping within the United States. Most orders will ship USPS.
